About the Artist
Mallory Beth Wing (b. 1985) is an Autistic Illustrator born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. They began their learning in art at Philadelphia Community College's art program for drawing from 2005-2010, acquiring an associate's degree, and then earned their BA degree in Illustration at Moore College Art & Design from 2010-2015. Mallory produces both digital and traditional illustrations, with a focus on portraits of animals and people. Mallory particularly enjoys finding ways to capture her illustrative subjects' unique characteristics and quirks in an expressive yet minimal linework style. Aside from portraits, Mallory also makes illustrations that stem from their interest in video games, sci-fi, fantasy, political topics, and the ever-constant cat memes.
